The Burkina Faso national under-17 football team, known as "Les Étalons" (The Stallions), represents Burkina Faso in international youth football competitions. Managed by the Burkinabé Football Federation, this team serves as a developmental platform for young players, offering them vital international experience and preparing them for potential future roles in the senior national team. The team is composed of players under the age of 17 at the start of the calendar year in which the FIFA U-17 World Cup campaign begins, allowing them to compete until they reach that age.

Burkina Faso U17 has a notable history in youth football, having participated in the Africa U-17 Cup of Nations multiple times since their debut in 1999. Their most significant achievement came in 2011 when they won the championship, showcasing their talent on a continental stage. The team has also qualified for the FIFA U-17 World Cup five times, with their best performance being a third-place finish in 2001.

The team's biggest victory was a remarkable 5-0 win against Guinea in 2019, demonstrating their competitive edge at this level. The squad does not have a fixed home stadium, playing matches across various venues in Burkina Faso and internationally to promote football among young fans throughout the country.
