The Cameroon national under-20 football team, commonly known as "Les Lions Indomptables" (The Indomitable Lions), represents Cameroon in international youth football competitions. Managed by the Cameroonian Football Federation, the team plays its home matches at Stade Omnisports in Yaoundé. The current head coach is Martin Mpile Ndtoungou.
Cameroon U20 has a rich history in youth football, having participated in the African Youth Championship multiple times since their debut in 1979. They achieved significant success by winning the championship in 1995 and finishing as runners-up on four occasions: 1981, 1993, 2009, and 2011. The team has also secured third place in the tournament in 1999.
In terms of FIFA U-20 World Cup participation, Cameroon has qualified for the tournament six times. Their best performance came in 1995 when they reached the quarter-finals. The team's competitive record reflects their potential and ambition on both continental and global stages.
