The Italy national under-19 football team, nicknamed Gli Azzurrini (The Little Blues), represents Italy in international under-19 football competitions and is controlled by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC). The team competes in the UEFA European Under-19 Championship, which is held annually.

Italy has a strong record in this competition, having won the championship four times. Their most recent triumph came in 2023, adding to their previous victories in 1958, 1966, and 2003. This latest success underscores Italy's continued strength in youth football development.

In addition to their championship wins, Italy has also been runners-up on several occasions, including in 2008, 2016, and 2018. Their consistent performances in the tournament demonstrate the quality of young talent being produced in Italian football.

The current head coach of the Italy U19 team is Alberto Bollini, who leads a squad of promising young talents from top Italian clubs such as Roma, Fiorentina, Inter Milan, and AC Milan, as well as some players based abroad.

Italy's success at the U19 level plays a crucial role in their football development program, providing young players with valuable international experience and preparing them for potential future roles in the senior national team.
