PEC Zwolle is a professional football club based in Zwolle, Netherlands, currently competing in the Eredivisie, the top tier of Dutch football. The club, founded on June 12, 1910, was originally known as PH EDN Combinatie (PEC) before changing its name to FC Zwolle in 1971 and then to PEC Zwolle in 1990. PEC Zwolle plays its home matches at the MAC³PARK stadium, which has a capacity of 14,000 spectators.

The club's colors are blue and white, which are prominently featured in their home kits. PEC Zwolle has a rich history in Dutch football, although major silverware has been relatively scarce. Their most significant achievement came in 2014 when they won the KNVB Cup, defeating Ajax 5-1 in the final, which remains the club's only major trophy to date.

PEC Zwolle has spent most of its existence alternating between the Eredivisie and Eerste Divisie. Their most recent promotion to the Eredivisie came in 2012, and they have managed to establish themselves as a regular fixture in the top flight since then, with a brief interruption in the 2022-23 season when they were relegated to the Eerste Divisie.

In terms of rivalries, PEC Zwolle shares a regional rivalry with Go Ahead Eagles from nearby Deventer. PEC Zwolle is known for playing an attractive, attacking style of football. The club has had several notable managers over the years, including Ron Jans, who led them to their KNVB Cup triumph in 2014.
